Beyond – Recruitment Strategists Inc. was created to bridge the gap between recruiter and candidate.
There is a misconception that recruiters are in it only for the money and don’t care about helping the candidate find the best job. While this may be true in the rarest of cases, this blog will show the human side of recruitment. To be successful recruiters must have the best interest of both the candidate and client in mind when filling vacancies.
This site will serve as a launching pad for candidates and recruiters to share information, advice, and experiences relating to job searches and career changes.

Konstantinos Kasekas (2K)
With a 4 year degree in HR and a Masters Degree in Strategic Change Management, Konstantinos fell into the recruitment industry by luck, when he joined MedHunters.com as a Business Development Manager in 2002. After a short tenure in pure sales, he was quickly drawn to the recruitment industry where he quickly flourished in the New England Healthcare vertical. In 2005, Konstantinos and a group of his colleagues formed what was later to be known as BeYond-Recruitment Strategists, Inc., a Generalist firm that specializes in recruitment via relocation. Recently, Konstantinos has worked on searches in merchandise management, HR, Finance and IT, for Fortune 10 thru Fortune 500 Companies.
Konstantinos teaches seminars to Corporate Recruiters and outplaced HR professionals on how to use linkedin to recruit or to find a job.
Most recently, Konstantinos Joined the Hudson Highland Group, a full service Recruitment firm with 40 offices in 22 countries. Having worked on some of the most senior searches the firm has delivered on with a focus on HR, Finance and Operations Management, Konstantinos now works in a business development capacity.

Frank Di Lello
Frank Di Lello has been in the online recruitment business since 2001, all of it coming within the healthcare industry. Although he graduated with a marketing degree, Frank has taken the time to learn all aspects of the business world which is what makes him such a valuable asset wherever he goes.
Aside from the love he has for the city he lives in (and the Toronto Raptors of course) Frank also has a love for anything online, inlcuding social media tools. He is constantly finding new ways to utilize these new tools for not only recruiters, but candidates, employers, and hiring managers as well.
